  • Custom or personalized products are created according to the customer’s specifications.

  • Such items are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Disclaimer

  • By purchasing or commissioning products from Armoured Engraving, you agree that Armoured Engraving reserves the right to photograph, post, and use images of engraved products for promotional, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

  • Such use will not include personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial data) engraved on items.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Armoured Engraving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • All products are provided “as is” and without warranties beyond what is required by law.
